Refunds

If you want to get refund you have to email us at refunds@iksprivateserver.com with the following information:
a) First name, last name, transaction number, Reference number, email of the transaction.

b) Provide Evidence that you had tried to make it work as much as you can.. if its because of setup.

c) Good Explanation of why you want the Refund.

Note: if you follow this rules correctly you should get an answer between 72 hours, this time does not apply to weekends.
