1.) Cancellations and Refunds
IKSPrivateServer reserves the right to cancel the account at any time with or without notice if your user data is considered a risk to our service.

Any abuse to our staff in any medium or format will result in the suspension or termination of your services.

Customers may cancel at any time via email at nfusionprivateserver@hotmail.com. IKSPrivateServer gives you an unconditional 7 day money back guarantee on Any First time usernames. There are no refunds on Resellers, or Second Usernames. Refund requests after the intitial 7 days will be refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.

h) Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes

3.) Illegitimate Reasons

If you have just found that the public server for your receiver is up you are not elegible for a refund, if you had this service before you are not elegible for a refund, if the costumer support has done everything to get your box to work and you haven’t been able to get it to work, it is not our fault our Usernames are fine, you can reseller your username to a friend or any other third party, only not satisfied costumers with a valid reason will receive refunds.
