My Username does Not Work!
Before saying that nothing works please, check if you can see Free channels (Channel 3 on All Receivers), and if signal is good if you can then do this steps; OTHERWISE SCROLL DOWN..
- Check that your port is correct, from the email we sent you.
- Check your username.
- Check your password.
- Check that you have entered exactly the username (14 or 16 digits is okay)
- Reboot Modem and Router.
- Reboot your Receiver.
Check that you’ve put all the information we sent you correct, then recheck again.
If you still can’t get anything to work, please email us at nfusionprivateserver@hotmail.com letting us your code, so we can check if its duplicate or not a working one.
IF YOU CAN’T SEE FREE CHANNELS or Don’t have signal
Answer the following questions and email them to us at nfusionprivateserver@hotmail.com
1. What LNB are you using?
2. How many satellite you have?
3. How the satellites are set? diseqt? sw21? or multiswitch?
4. In witch port the satellites are set?
5. Witch channel list did you loaded to the receiver?
6. In channel 3 are you receiving dish home channel?
7. If your receiving good signal, free ch are working and you get a message scramble service, internet on?
8. Got sound in channel 3 but its black and white or the picture is scrolling?
